■Overview
“1on1 BATTLE” event is to compete Jump Rope (Single Rope) ad-lib performance (move) as a one-on-one style to the music that the DJ spins. Win-lose result is given by judges by judging criteria as soon as each battle finishes.
■Judging criteria
There is no clear point system. Each judge determine which one of the 2 athletes win based on the overall impression of, for example, how each moves to the music, how interesting they are, how well athletes perform, how much athletes react with the other moves.

| Preliminary Round Flow Updated on 4/28 | All participants gather on stage. Participants are separated into two teams. Within each group, participants will take turns performing one move for up to 45 seconds in front of the judges. The top four people from each group will move on to the final round. |
| Final Round Flow Updated on 4/28 | An 8-person tournament format will be used. Each battle consists of 2 moves, with 45 seconds per move. The tournament matchups will proceed in the following order: Group A 1st place vs Group B 4th place Group A 2nd place vs Group B 3rd place Group A 3rd place vs Group B 2nd place Group A 4th place vs Group B 1st place |
| Rope | Any types of ropes (freestyle PVC rope, beaded rope, wire rope) are allowed as long as it is for one athlete |

| Start/Stop signal | After the music starts, any of the two athletes can start. Time count starts when the move starts. |
| Costume | Any costume is allowed unless they are against public policy |
| Music | Selected by DJ. (Various types of music are selected, such as breaking, house, hiphop, Japanese music, Western music.) |
| Props | Any kinds of props are allowed unless they damage/dirty the stage, endangers the audience. |
| Prohibition/ Disqualification | When the majority of judges confirm that acrobatic skills are dangerous through run-up, takeoff, somersault, landing, etc. When ropes/body of athletes touches the opponent on purpose. |
